In some courses, a knowledge-based final exam or test is conducted at the end to obtain certification and ensure that the skills learned can be safely applied. In many courses, however, assessment is continuous throughout the course, with the trainer individually assessing progress and implementation of what has been learned. Our trainers take time to address participants' needs and offer repetitions to ensure everyone is optimally trained.

For participation, you need a valid photo ID (identity card, driver's license or passport), which will be checked at the beginning of the course. This is required for participation confirmation and certificate issuance. If available, also bring your personal protective equipment (PPE) to test it directly in training. If you don't have PPE, we will provide the necessary equipment. For GWO courses, a valid WINDA ID is also required. If you have a safety passport, please bring it - otherwise we will be happy to create one for you.

Everything you would bring for a swimming pool visit: swimwear, bathing shoes, towel and shower utensils. Our water training facility has separate showers and changing rooms. The required equipment, such as survival suit, life jacket and nose clip, is provided by us on loan.

Yes, using your own PPE or fall protection equipment gives you the ideal opportunity to test its functionality in realistic hazard situations. We are also happy to provide you with the necessary equipment. For water training, we generally use rental equipment.

The WINDA ID is a prerequisite for participation in GWO-certified courses. You can obtain it by registering in the WINDA system. Without a valid WINDA ID, we cannot issue certificates.

On the day of the course, you should be physically fit and arrive on time. You also need a valid photo ID (identity card, driver's license or passport), which will be checked at the beginning of the course to confirm your participation and create the certificate.

Training duration varies by course. Individual courses last between half a day and two days to ensure content delivery. For special requirements, we also offer customized training that can last up to five days.

Our training groups are kept small to ensure intensive support. The number of participants is between three and a maximum of twelve people, enabling practical exercises and effective knowledge transfer. We thus ensure individual participant support.

On the day of arrival, you will receive an email around 4 PM with a link to digital check-in. After entering your personal data, you can open both the entrance door and your room door via browser or app.

Yes, take the opportunity to have your PPE inspected on site by our experienced team. We check your fall protection equipment, life jackets, survival suits and other equipment. In case of defects, we provide replacements or rental equipment so that you are immediately ready for use again.
